Wat let ons om wat meer foto's te delen?

Sometimes I feel guilty for posting these photos 😳 Just because I know the “I embrace my imperfection” photos (show photos where my body is imperfect) are the once you girls like more and you get more power from. I know some girls are getting insecure from these photos and that’s the last thing I want 😢 But the truth is I can’t fake this body. I know there are a lot of instagrams who are making fun of some accounts and say it’s fake (plastic surgery / photoshop) and show a lot of photos of their imperfections! Beautiful!!! But it’s not all fake. I eat healthy, I workout and yes I also cheat and this is the body I get. I can’t fake it and photoshop myself bigger or whatever 🙈 So I really hope you girls are also getting the power from these photos. The right motivation! 🙄❤️😳 Because yesssss I love it when people are embracing themselves. I really really do!!!! But the truth is.. an overweight body is not that healthy. Too much belly fat is not healthy. So believe me I LOVE these women who love themselves with who they are (we can learn from it) but in my opinion you have to choose for the healthy. And yes healthy comes in all shapes and sizes, so it’s not that you need to have my body to become healthy but you will not have too much belly fat if you are eating healthy. That’s the only truth! So again... I hope hope you girls don’t get insecure about my photos but also can see a goal or a motivation (in a healthy way) ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙊 Bikini: @lilymoonwomen

A shameless booty selfie pose! And in my defense, I just launched a new Booty Guide so I MUST make real life booty selfies. No other option 🙄🤓🙈❤️ It’s been a longggg time since I posted one so prepare for a lot more (and sorry for the women who think this is a bit too much. You only live once right? 😏). I just can’t wait too see all of your booty selfies girls while working for a bigger booty with my book..... and the most important thing I have to say: don’t compare your booty with ANYONE! Embrace that beautiful booty of yours today.. Flat, curvy, a bit TOO curvy, your stretch marks, your cellulite... I know it’s so freakin difficult to do but just embrace it. I’ve got a lot of cellulite (you don’t see it on this photo, scroll back) and my booty is still very wiggly (no not hard rock haha), but it’s okay that’s my booty. I know how it is too hate your booty because you know my transformation. I had no booty! But hate it will make the progress soooo negative 😩 Life is too short for that. So you don’t have to think your booty is beautiful today with all the imperfections but just start with having love for it, your whole body instead of hate it! WELCOME 2018.
