Ann Mari Olsen is een vrouwelijke Manchester United-fan, inclusief seizoenkaart, die regelmatig haar liefde voor de club uit op Instagram. Het feit dat ze een voetbalshirt aan heeft is natuurlijk leuk, maar waarschijnlijk zijn veel volgers toch afgeleid door iets anders. 

This month marks my third year as a vegan and I don’t write much about it really because I don’t have any interest discussing it with people that don’t understand. I feel many thinks of ‘us’ as extreme people that wants to turn everyone into vegans(🤦🏽‍♀️). That’s not true-I’m just me, doing my thing, as I’ve always done. I love inspiring people and would rather help people in that direction by showing how easy it is and how much it gives back to you. Veganism is just about not supporting, as far as it’s possible, any forms of cruelty to animals. Minimizing harm. That’s it. It’s not radical or extreme. My best tips to those who ask how to go vegan is to educate yourself on what you’re eating and where it comes from. Even if that means watching things you wouldn’t be comfortable doing. I watched the first ten minutes of Earthlings (www.earthlings.com) one night three years ago and I immediately knew I never wanted to eat meat again, I stopped in that minute and never looked back. It opened my eyes and I felt connected to every living being, not only the cute ones, and I also felt responsible for them suffering. I understood it was wrong and I can only try and make a change by starting with myself. And it’s the best decision I’ve made. I’m one less person harming animals and for that I’m proud of myself ❣️ ps: I need vegan friends 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️ #worldveganday #vegan #veganism
