Body shape update! 🤓🤳 It doesn’t get any realer than this. After my workout, sauna and swim session. No make up, wet hair and my beautiful @lilymoonwomen bikini. A mirror selfie video in the toilet 🙈😂 Yasssss! I have to say I’m really happy with the progression of eating 100% vegetarian and for like 70% vegan. I was scared in the beginning for my muscles and shape but it’s working for the better. I’m still using my Slimming Body Guide for 100% with sometimes the “vegan” version change. I’m still searching for healthy vegan versions because most of the time they are real high in calories so I’m still figuring everything out. But I know I make a lot of 🐮🐷🐤🐽 happy and of course my body. So I’m using my vegetarian Slimming Body Guide and I’m using the workouts that I’ve put in my new book: Booty Guide (only 4 more weeks) 😍 can’t wait!!!! Do you make vegetarian or vegan choices? Ideas for me? 🙈
