De meeste PSV-fans zullen de Braziliaanse buitenspeler Savio alweer vergeten zijn, want mede door blessureleed kon hij niet echt potten breken in Eindhoven. Maar in Girona doet de buitenspeler het meer dan uitstekend. Bij de koploper van La Liga valt de Braziliaan vaak op. Zo ook in de met 2-4 gewonnen wedstrijd tegen FC Barcelona zondagavond, waar Savio goed was voor een assist. Op social media wordt hij overspoeld met complimenten.

Savio is an upgrade on Ferran and can play both wings and that’s all he is, pay anything more than 18-20mil for him and it is terrible value for money, he should only be contemplated if Ferran is leaving. The deco obsession with half decent Brazilians is a topic for another day.
